Take the google docs link near the top of the page.
It makes sense that every output is divided by how many products are being made but I noticed my sawmill was overproducing long planks. Plan was to produce enough long planks for furniture production and it would work out almost perfect with one other product but it ended up over producing the long planks.
I'll do some more research myself and post if anyone is interested.
I am using a modded map (flatland 4x 2.9) which has modded productions but I'm pretty sure i'm using base game buildings.
Productions are spread by the amount of things you activate to produce means you produce less of each thing the more you activate in each production.
Sawmills are the only exclusion, whatever you activate and how much they will always produce the maximum possible amount for each product.
