Trailer for a header
Hey, fairly new to the game, first ever farming simulator I play. I just bought John Deere harvester with 2 headers - 1 for general crops (wide one) and 1 for corn and sunflower - now I searched how to transport them, found linked trailer for the wide general-crops one in the store behind combinations button, but when I clicked on combinations on the corn/sunflower one it did not offer me any trailer at all. Now I wonder what should I buy - since the trailers dod not offer length indications, I was wondering how to choose the appropriate trailer for transportation, can anyone help me out with this? It is John Deere C16F.

If you hit the Combinations button at the bottom of the screen it tells you what trailer goes with that header Some of the headers dont have a trailer assign to them

Thanks for trying to answer, but yes, I know about the button for combinations as I found the suitable trailer for the first header. The other one does not show a trailer in the combinations window so that's why I asked. And if it is not there, should I guess which trailer should I pick? Or pick - try to fit - sell - pick another one - etc? Or since there is no trailer does that mean I cannot fit it anywhere? so I have mount it and drive with it on the roads and hope for no traffic? Or maybe somehow mount it, somehow get it on a normal flatbed trailer (front loader?) and strap it in there (with hope that it will actually work, but I have seen some videos where multiple vehicles were on top of a normal flatbed so I guess it should work).

The ones for corn can fold. They do not need a header trailer.

I did not realize they can fold and you are right, I tried it. Yet, when bought, they come folded, so it still does not help (because I only looked at it when it was folded) :-( The header takes the whole road when driven mounted. In the countryside it is okay, I can turn to the fields to avoid collision with the incoming traffic (if I mind the poles), the bridges are worse since collisions cannot be avoided and I havent found a way to push the traffic away.
Just use a low loader (18 wheeler) they work for just about anything

So I have to forget the trailers for the sole purpose of transporting headers and transport the header on a normal trailer. Seems and feels wrong, backwards (like using normal flatbed for transporting logs), but okay, if there is no other solution, I gotta do that then. That means I gotta buy a truck and a trailer, right?
What? No, stop. A header trailer for the "normal" header and nothing for the corn header.
If you can't drive on a road with that, then you have bought machinery that is too large.

You can drive with the header folded, it's only slightly wider than the harvester. Show some due diligence when driving. I live in a rural area where harvesters are driven on our roads all the time, it's part and parcel to farm life. Transporting a mounted corn header is not some kind of aberration, that's how it's often done (for short hops).

Failing that, unfold the header, buy the Nardi N60-45 trailer, put the header on the trailer, hook up and drive carefully. No, it doesn't strap but if you drive carefully it is not a problem.

In fact, I just tested this going cross country, doing 90° turns at full speed and it did not come off.

Here's your header, folded, sitting securely on an N40BX header trailer. I don't know if it's supposed to go on there but it works.

Some of the big wide headers also have built in transport wheels IRL. not sure if game have any yet, but mods have.

they are called "Draper" and they are in game for years.
one of the first was the 45ft draper by Case. in FS25 there are Massey, NewHolland and McDon.

this.
Thank you everyone, especially Razamanaz. I bought the N40BX. The folded header goes there okay, it glues to the trailer eventhough it does not lock in place like the "normal" headers. Driving with the header mounted became tedious very quickly, had to reset few times due to traffic blocking me on both sides on a bridge :(
