Report a translation problem
In previous iterations of the game there was an additional smaller harvester that required a front attachment for to cut the foliage first.
But as i said, the current equipment does that automatic.

Basically in fs22 there are options for equipment that allow you to remove just the tops off of particular crops e.g potatoes and then dig them up separately after that process has been done.
Now in fs25 you no longer have to remove the tops i.e remove foliage. There is equipment that does that automatically while also digging up the crop. essentially removing an extra step. So when you see the state remove foliage just go ahead and dig up the crop as 'Remove Foliage' simply means 'Ready to Harvest.
Hope that clears it up for you. Also anyone knows if i'm not correct please feel free to correct me :P
