I miss Texas longhorn cattle and Angus and Wagyū and Hereford. maybe also ducks and Goose. and more horses American Quarter Horse Paint Horse Appaloosa and American Quarter Horse.

Is an add on or something like that planned?

Nothing we know of. Animals could be added as normal mods, and there is a dlc planned that looks british and might include british cattle (giants always only gives small pictures of upcoming dlc, so this is still a bit of a riddle).
