But i don´t get your explanation, you put the header at the harvester and behind the harvester you hook the auger or what?
An auger wagon requires to be powered (per pto -> power take off), else it would not be capable to overload anything.
Second trailers have a floor-node and the forage harvesters have a detection node. If they fail to detect these nodes they can´t unload or only partially unload.
Whatever you try to do won´t really work, use a normal trailer as this is supported as a comfort function.
And you seem to mix up a lot of things. A forage harvester shreds your harvest into tiny pieces so you can turn it into silage. If you want to harvest your soy for getting grain you have to use a normal combine harvester. There are special augers that are rarely used with forage harvesters and the grain harvest normally has the auger carts with the pipes to overload.
A lit of learning in this game without manual
When on the map press "Esc", take the last point left bottom and then look right side. Everything explained.
Selling chopped material won´t give anything useful. Read the manual, watch some youtube videos how people do things, play the introduction. As you can do a lot in the game i can´t and won´t explain that here - too many options.
Giants also have an "academy" section on their homepage with further informations.
To harvest grain, you need a combine harvester. Combines have a grain tank that will hold a fair amount of soybeans. I would recommend driving yourself using steering assist rather than hiring an AI helper. The tipper can moved around the field by a helper instead to wherever you wish to pause and offload at. It's not really any slower than chasing an helper-driven harvester, since a player is always more proficient.
But back on the topic of forage harvesters pulling trailers for a moment. In FS25 at least, you've got two options;

With a dolly, a forage harvester can pull a semitrailer. No PTO is necessary. The harvester will then have to itself drive the chaff to its destination. It's not very efficient in terms of tool utilization, but it does let a single person to the whole process in one big step, which may suit a solo player.

Option two is a sugarcane trailer. These function like auger wagons in that they can offload to other trailers. It's just that instead of extending a pipe over the receiving trailer, they simply lift up and flip the entire hopper over it. This is probably more appropriate if you want to offload into large stationary trailers a the field instead of chasing an AI helper.
