Mod help please! ive done everything!

i downloaded mods through nexus and vortex mod manager. they show up in game in the downloaded content page but when i go to start a new save they are not there to enable. i have made sure my mod directory is correct C:\Users\Richard\Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator2025\mods. i have checked intregity of game files. nothing seems to have worked. can i please get some advice? i would really like to mod this game nexus offers some baller foresting equipment.

Check the game log for any error, maybe there are some typo or issues in the mod files.

Check the mod zip name, can't have spaces or other symbols, only _ are allowed.

Check the ModDesc version if you're on an older game version and mods are for a newer one. Like you're on 1.4 (93 moddesc) and the game expect a 95 instead. Pretty rare but might happen.

Anyway, the log will tell you what's wrong with the non loading mod, it's inside your documents/MyGames/FarmingSimulator25/log.txt

common mistake since no modders seem to feel the need to put instructions anymore on how to instal, but did u unpack the zip files? you need to put them in the mod folder while still in a ZIP file

as stated above they could also be outdated mods
