Flickering on high refresh displays...

How is it still there? It's been three months. The game is very literally unplayable and I've gone well over the refund period troubleshooting this stupid thing. I feel like I'm owed something because the devs have my money (the Year 1 bundle at that) and I have absolutely nothing to show for it.

To be clear, this isn't about texture flickering. I've seen lots of topics on that and also lots of confusion where people are talking about different things. The issue I'm having is that the monitor itself flickers when trying to run the game at a lower refresh rate, which is necessary in order to maintain a stable frame rate. I'm on a 144Hz screen and trying to play the game locked at 60fps. If a drag another window over the game, that flickers too. This is the only game of the 1000+ I own on Steam that causes my actual screen to bug out. WTF guys.

To stop the flickering adjust the anti aliasing setting in the advanced graphic settings

I'm not using anti-aliasing, just DLSS. I already know it's not related anyway.
