Performance any better?
Does anyone actually see any improvements in performance like the updates notes say? I played last night and didn’t really see anything.

I even tried DLSS and that didn’t seem to be any different. Not even sure if its actually doing anything.

Nah. game runs about the same as at Release. And i don't use any upscalers but have FG on (i think)

No improvements, no. Maybe the mention was intended for console version and added to PC version patch notes by mistake.

Yea…i didn’t think there was any improvements. Glad you confirmed!

I think I’m going to start messing with nvidia control panel for fs25. Maybe it will help.

How does it run on a 4090? Can they brute force the bad optimization?

4080 i5 13600K - game runs smooth as butter for me, even without DLSS (game looks better without DLSS too). The flickering is gone, overall feels better.

I am playing on Ultra settings @ 1440p / 60 fps with a 7700XT. Still some render bugs, but performance is fine.

Performance never been an issue, i average 118 to 144 fps on 4k (118 only on heavy dust situations) so it' s more likely your hardware issue than game issue.

This is not a rendering error, it is a bad system.

This render problems happens with AMD Cards

There is no reason why this game shouldn't get more than 45-60 FPS on a 3070. It is absolutely a a performance / optimization issue. Still love the game but wish it performed better.

Performance gets with every patch worse.

Try it with just simple resolution scaling if you need it and temporal anti-aliasing, and work out where you want to be from there.

The closer your PC hardware is to a console hardware the better it will run. This is what always happens with console release games, they only bother to optimize it for them.

Lol no. Nothing wrong with this rig whatsoever. Its a render bug with AMD cards and drivers when using Frame Gen. Its a known issue. The devs have already acknowledged it and patched it once to reduce the frequency of it. Its still not completely fixed yet.
