There is by design nothing that could power an attached machine.
Though you can get some kind of "the same ability" by using the 'Snüfelstück' mod that is available on the official Farming Simulator's ModHub and via the in-game's downloadable content:

I think we all know what you're talking about. It's just not something that's done in real life. The harvester doesn't have a pto to operate the baler.
Use a mod to make it happen if you want, but it's not something Giant's is going to change.
As said above, you could download snufelstick which isn't realistic but also isn't unrealistic. I haven't seen a PTO transfer device for combines, but I did see one for power harrows for tractors. Unless it was a dodgy AI pic. Can't be sure these days.
Tractors always have a pto, electric and hydraulic connecters as their purpose is to pull/push machines that require external power supply.
Basic combine harvesters never.
