New player. This or FS22?
It seems that everybody is complaining that this is just FS22 with pretty eye candy and half the content.

I never played 22 more than a few minutes. This said, should I play that one or this one? As said, I have nothing to compare it to. Just want to farm, use production chains and get rich with bread.

Thanks!

it all depends of if youve played FS a while like myself or are brand new, so far im loving the improvements, but ultimately you should decide for yourself, but i preferably would say get FS25

FS25 has better graphics, more crops and other new features.
BUT due to having just released, the game has less vehicles and maps than FS22, which had 3 years worth of DLC and mods.

Over time FS25 will have more "content" than FS22 but right now it doesn't.

So should you get 25 or 22? If money is tight, go 22, it is cheap and can give you hundreds of hours worth of fun.
If money isn't tight, I would recommend FS25. I've only played for about 15h but I'm having a blast, the game just feels better, there is a lot of nuanced stuff, like vehicles reacting more to the ground over which you drive and sounds especially, drive over a curb? You hear that on both tractor and trailer.

'Half the content' is just wrong.

And seriously, if FS22 only kept you entertained for a few minutes, why even bother asking. Farming is farming.

I had this choice when FS22 came out, and I bought FS19. It was a great decision, I saved alot of money and I got a pretty much polished bug free game with hundreds if not a thousand mods available. I ended up buying FS22 last year, and my experience was the same - polished game with tons of mods.

This time with FS25, the experience is definitely different. There are bugs (screen flickering and artefacts for me) and no mods yet. I definately got more as a new player to the franchise by buying the older game.

Grab new one.
Older will be obsolete soon when mods starts dropin'.

All depend on what you like. There is more contract options, crops and productions in FS25. But like a previous person said, FS22 already has the mods and no glitches. I`ve been playing since FS19 and was disappointed with the release of FS22 but after 3 monthes its was good. FS25 looks to be going the same way. But I have to say, the graphics are much better but if you don`t care about the productions or crop changes and just want a relaxing game, buy FS22. What ever you do.....don`t buy season passes, way over priced for what you get. They should be half the cost at best. I said I would wait for FS27 on game anouncement page but caved in when I saw the graphics.

Another thing to take into consideration is some of the paid DLC things, if not already, are usually made available in the latest version. Least that has been the trend for the past few releases. I agree with Geist though. If money isn't really an issue then go with FS25 otherwise go with FS22.
