Game crashed my pc
This is very interesting but the game made my pc bluescreen. (I was streaming at the same time). Weird. Idk if it's the game or not but this has never happened while I have been streaming before. And the game made my pc very slow outside of the game in general. So it must be.

You could check some logs, maybe event viewer, that would tell you for sure.

Whilst I might believe that the game could have blue screened your computer (Though not seen anyone else mention this), the quote of yours above suggest something is wrong with your PC if its running very slow when not in the game....

BSOD is usually caused by system faults or a bad driver. All the game usually does is trigger whatever that cause is.

Look up the BSOD number, it will outline the cause.

You could also go to Steam | Help | System Information and paste the result. There may be clues there - for example, under specced or old drivers.

My game runs fine at max setting, sticking to the locked 90. However, it will randomly stutter down to like 5fps once in a while. Then, sometimes my screen will flick black, and constantly have assets like trees/fields/buildings flickering all white.

Feels like im on the verge of crashing, but never actually does. The stutters are just an annoyance, but the constant flickering is too distracting to really play, even if it works.

Try locking to 60. Had zero issues from the get-go here.

The only problem I have is a flicker 22 hours in. These people trashing the game cause they have faulty PCs.

Yeah while the game was running my whole pc was slow except for the game itself, it was running smoothly.

If you have any underlying issues in your machine, this game will highlight them because it's taxing everything graphically quite heavily. Prob you have something overheating, or a faulty RAM/CPU, or faulty drivers. You would do well to start monitoring temps and do some diagnostics on your machine.

I had a very similar issue when I played the new ARK and at first it was only that game crashing/blue screening, but it turned out my GPU was overheating and faulty - but at the time it was just that game pushing it so hard for it to happen.
