Can you run FS25? Absolutely. Can you run it the way you think you will be able to because you have a number three in the model of your Nvidia card, no.
That's on you, not them.
Also - at some point you will have to upgrade, if you want to play new titles.

I would lower the graphics mode in settings first. Adjust it down to medium. I have had a significant improvement with flickering by disabling cloud shadows and enabling DLSS (balanced).
If you're laptop can run at 4k or 2k, I would change the resolution to 1080p and set FPS to max 60.
Start here and see how things work for 30-60 minutes. Then increase settings to find the sweet spot for what your hardware can handle.
