Yes i have ran the game aswell not only the menu, and yes applied the settings.
Same thing is happening to me, Fullscreen, windowed or borderless, V-sync or no V-sync, all settings low, all settings maxed, DLSS on or off it doesn't matter, it's always 60 fps!
Ryzen 9, RTX 4070 Super, 32GB Ram. It's clearly an issue with the game not an issue with my internal PC hardware causing me to not be able to push more than 60fps.
I figured it was a physics thing so they hard lock it, which makes no sense to OFFER 120+ fps settings if you lock it to 60 anyways, but it's clearly not since after looking around other people get 100+ fps just fine.
It's not my monitors, they are 144hz, and it's not Nvidia Control Panel settings because literally every other game runs 120+ fps no problem using the "default" settings in NCP.
This has to be a config issue in the game .ini files not updating correctly maybe or another bug of some sort.
On a 4080 OC and 64G DDR5 I9 13900KS Z790
I don't know what is with this game, it's literally ONLY Farming Simulator 25, my computer runs games like Cyberpunk at 100+fps maxed out with RTX Overdrive. Star Citizen in all it's buggy Alpha glory at 80-100fps. Farming Simulator is just a problem and it runs terribly and I can not find a single topic as to how to correct or WHY it happens and I have been actively looking for months. this is NUTS.
