Any good beginner guides?

I can't find a single beginner guide that's actually good. The first page of YouTube results are very bad and as someone who doesn't know what they are doing, watching them felt like blind leading the blind. I can tell this game has depth to it, but the tutorials in-game are so bad and there aren't enough of them; it does not feel beginner friendly at all. This is the first farming sim game I've played. I know how to operate some machines and do certain tasks, but I don't know what to start with farming.. for example attachments to machinery are sold separately and some are incompatible with others, etc. I get that you are supposed to figure out what kind of farmer you want to be, etc. but the technical stuff after that is a mystery to me

Did you try the Farming Simulator Academy? Site address and/or QR code in game help.

Use any FS22 guide, the mechanics, controls, menus, etc. are exactly the same

When you come to harvest wheat, barley, use the MacDon pack "M1240 & PW 8" to harvest the crops first, then use a combine with the included combine header "D 140 XL" that comes in the MacDon pack. You will get 10-25% more yield.

Also if you want to know what goes with what ie.... "What tractor can pull this plough" When in the shop click on anything and just press "C" and it will show you what goes with what. Just Dm me if you need anymore help.

"Farmer Cop" is maybe the only English Youtube channel doing short, carefully planned and very nicely edited tutorials I find. He has a new player tutorial recently, maybe try this one.

There are maybe others, tho I have not found them and do not search so much for English videos.
