Changing offset at the end of a lane
Does anyone know how to change the offset, say on a plough, from left to right at the end of a lane to go back in the opposite direction? The old GPS allowed for this.

It seems to me like it automatically changes when you change the plow direction, but it doesn't do it right.

Yes, but on the carrot harvester unlike the plough the pickup is always on the right.

If you can mirror the harvester, yes.
Or you go parallel sides to another, or in a square spiral around the field.

To run parallel would require driving the tractor through the crop in one of the directions. Setting things up as all headland and going around in a spiral would however work.

I haven't had a problem with this, actually. Seems to change automatically for me.

Can't express in words, i mean parallel opposite field sides, so you always keep at the right side, but you're skipping the shorter ones, and wile you're here better doing them aswell, ence the spiral.
