So when you buy land with houses you can't delete them?

Tried, but nothing seemed to work.

Either I'm missing something, or it's just not possible.

I DID have a plot of land with some old, run-down wooden buildings, and I could get rid of those, but no luck with a house, a wooden swing, a boat shed, etc.

Personally I'd be happier being able to customize my land however I want, regardless of what's apparently "essential" to it. Maybe I don't want a big-ass house in a weird spot, just saying.

Original buildings can not be deleted at this time. Just build around them also go look for loot but watch out for bandits!

There are only a few buildings you can't sell...the starter farm you can't because you'd make Grandpa Walter homeless if you did. What kind of monster are you?
