I thought about removing them and attempting loading again. But can't find where the mod files when viewing local files.
No change.
I'm fairly certain it's a problem with the Farming Simulator site, which all of the mods are connected to. https://www.farming-simulator.com is not working either. Attempting to look at the Downloadable Content page will not work, and restarting any Dedicated Servers that have mods will not work either. (last part is the problem I am having right now.)

Perfect solution to my issue!
OneDrive should be always turned of for this.
The actual solution was waiting for the true problem, that I posted, was resolved. Shortly after I posted to inform you that their entire site was down, where all of their mods are stored (and even single-player games use it to verify files as it loads up), they got the site back up and running. I can promise you this was the problem as it effected everyone who tried loading up any games with mods during that 20-40 mins.
