The greenhouses can be pretty lucrative, especially the larger ones. I only have one small one and it makes me about 10k every three months.
It's far less unreasonable if you increase the days per month.
On the other hand, greenhouses may be too productive, but the small sawmill is inconceivably slow. With a mizer like it's modeled with you could easily process a load of trees in 24-48 hours, but it takes months.
So saying 'I don't like to cheat' and it 'ruins my play' - while doing exactly that, cheating and ruining your game - seems like a rather silly argument.
It's very unrealistic. I sold my greenhouse because of that.
In real life, strawberries grow for about 60-90 days. In FS25, it grows every month.

You build a greenhouse this month, then the next month you'll be able to harvest already? Nuh, still unrealistic.
If the appearance of realism is that important to you, you can simulate the initial growth period by waiting before you supply any water.
