Then don´t do it? What a stupid topic, this game is a sandbox, do whatever you want and don´t do what you think does not fit.

to make it harder, i simply edited the mod "government subsidy" with MINUS + renamed it in TAXES.
>worth a try ? best regards

Let me guess, 1 day per month? Maybe that has to do with your feeling.

same as wood missions but they changed it and now its no cheating, maybe the devs change it

I have a feeling that you never checked generator buildings…

"Salad too strong" has to be my favorite complaint I've ever heard.

The greenhouses can be pretty lucrative, especially the larger ones. I only have one small one and it makes me about 10k every three months.

It's far less unreasonable if you increase the days per month.

On the other hand, greenhouses may be too productive, but the small sawmill is inconceivably slow. With a mizer like it's modeled with you could easily process a load of trees in 24-48 hours, but it takes months.

Did you know, Solitaire has a one card draw option. It is against the rules, it is cheating. It's also an option. You have to go out of your way to make it happen.

So saying 'I don't like to cheat' and it 'ruins my play' - while doing exactly that, cheating and ruining your game - seems like a rather silly argument.

Basically this. I never understand the complaints where the simple option is to not partake in something that someone feels is overpowered. I mean, when I go to the grocery store in real life it's over $3 for a head of lettuce, that is clearly less than 1 litre of lettuce. Price is fine. lol

It's very unrealistic. I sold my greenhouse because of that.

In real life, strawberries grow for about 60-90 days. In FS25, it grows every month.
That's why I sold it.

It's a video game. Best to suspend disbelief.

It's called succession or staggered planting. You spread out planting over weeks instead of all at once, so by the time you're planting your last bit of soil, your first planting is ready to harvest. That's how you get constant production from a greenhouse.

You build a greenhouse this month, then the next month you'll be able to harvest already? Nuh, still unrealistic.

It's a simplification. You could put in a kludge that makes every greenhouse take three or more months before output started, but it would barely ever matter. It would be work on a system without commensurate experiential benefit.

If the appearance of realism is that important to you, you can simulate the initial growth period by waiting before you supply any water.
