Terraforming delay

Since the update, I have found that whilst terraforming there is a delay after clicking the mouse before the ground changes.

I have reverted back to 1.2 until it has been sorted

it's not just visual delay either, It happened to me while playing with my friend.
nothing was happening so i started twirling my mouse around. when the netcode resynct my land was a construction field and i was negative 60 000 cash.

Correct, the delay can be quiet some time, it was a game breaker for me as I like to design my yards.
