I run a 4070 Super/ i7/12700/32Gb.
I have it set to 2560 x 1440 on ultra at 60fps. No way I'd run it at 4k with stable fps. A 4070 is almost double the performance of a 3060.

Yes, there are games you can play in 4k with a 3060, but you'll find less and less of those.
EDIT - sorry that is about CPU card.
Also Nvidia Is discontinuing the 3060... "Which i was surprised to read myself".
So try medium settings with a lower resolution.
Have you checked the stats about GPU and CPU usage?
