Does the Macdon swather give 25% bonus to grass as well?

I know it boosts crops by 25% but I haven't found info saying it does for grass as well. Does it boost grass by 25%?

Yes you can have the standard 100% + 25% using the Macdon Swather (on crops, not sure about grass), just google it, it's said everywhere even from official posts on their forums.

I don't have a Link but I can say, yes you do get 25% on your crop and another 25% on straw, and I think its 25% on your extra yield, so if you have the full bonus it would add another 25% on that yield. obviously its more work tho as you have to swath then collect and then bale if you choose to do that. there is only a few crops you can do it on tho so its not every crop. sadly I don't think grass is boosted tho.

I found it. But the site says that you can only have 20% bonus, not 25%

Has the game shown you 25% and the info on their site is a mistake?

I did a quick test myself before the patch, so unsure if they have changed it. I harvested the two standard fields you start with on Hutan Pantai with the MacDon stuff, then reloaded the save and just did the standard harvester and it was around 24.8% increase using the swather first.

Have not tested it for grass.

I've done two tests, harvesting all of my fields with a standard combine and the next harvest with the MacDon swather and my calculations were a 24.7 percent yield bonus which could be off for a handful of different reasons but yes, 25 percent bonus.

Several known FS youtubers tested it, confirmed it's very close to 25%

I tested the MacDon for grass ... 205k liters with normal mower, 205k liters with MacDon mowing header. I saw no difference.

Grass won't change, we're talking about swathing or windrowing grain crops with the macdon and the grain style header then thrashing it with a combine.

They added the bonus only to windrowing cause it adds an additional workstep consuming players time to the harvest. So normal gras does not have that bonus.
