Wood transport contracts
Anyone else feel like they nerfed these contracts a bit too hard? I understand that they paid quite a lot, but running leased equipment now barely covers the costs, its quite time consuming after all, so id say that somewhere between the original pay and current would be best.

I usually play starting from zero without any money, land, equipment and maxed loans so this was the only decent contract to make money while having workers do other contracts to rake in the income, now its just not worth it, neither are the other contracts imo, like you pick up a contract for stone picking for 1 500€, after subtracting the leasing costs you’ll end up with only around 700€ profit, for a lot of work, so basically contracts are not worth while now, compared to fs22 for an example.

And also i play normal economic difficulty, easy is.. well too easy to be honest..

I play on hard and have some decent contracts on Zielonka. It has some large fields and I get 5-7k lot of contracts and harvesting contracts can be higher.

I do not think they are too low, they are not meant to be a source of your main income.

I play the US map, and contracts are mostly around 1200-2500€ for me, i get it that they arent supposed to be main source of income, but as said if you start from nothing, they kinda are.

In FS22 we got bigger contracts, like making silage bales in the huge grassfields for like 35-40k€, plus harvest profit. It took considerably longer because you had to do all the steps, but i liked that better to be honest.

Feels kinda boring to drag all the equipment to a field, just to do one simple step, rather than taking care of the whole job from start to finish instead.

I noticed some days I get very low value contracts. But other days ill get very high dollar ones. On ze.. map I often see 10k + log hauling jobs. I tend to grab 3 that are in same location at a time. "More now with mod that lets you get more contracts at a time." And I make ton of money that way.
