What is loose fertilizer for and how to refill seed/fert bays in the field?

I filled up the back of a Kubota RTV with some solid fertilizer from the lime quarry thinking i could pull up next to an empty seeder and refill the fertilizer bay similar to when the seeder is next to a pallet or bag of solid fertilizer. Nope. All it seems I can do it Ctrl-I dump it on the ground.

Does anyone know how you can refill seeds or fertilizer out in the field without having to drive pallets or bags out into the dirt? I'm having a tough time reconciling packaged product vs. loose product.

Loose fertilizer is for the large fertilizer spreaders pulled by a tractor, you can pull them up under the buy point and fill them up.

If you want a mobile refill system for fertilizer and seeds use a auger wagon. They have a pipe like a harvester, you can unload into a seeder or fertilizer.

I did this in 22 had a auger for seeds on the side of the field to refill my seeder.

I did same with seeds and fert. Even had a fuel truck standing by lol I turned off all autobuys as felt more realistic. And cheaper lol

AH - first use case i have heard of for an auger wagon (been doing only grains so far). Thanks for the tips!
