so what do i need to use mulcher i hook it up and says insufficient engine power available for the attached equipment i am trying to remove stumps and bushes so what do i need to get to make it work thanks

you are using a too small (week) tractor.

Yes you need to upgrade your tractor, I had that trouble also until I upgraded to around 220hp i think.
