Extremely slow forklift controls (Mouse and keyboard)
I have the crane controls set to 300% and the controls for the forklift are still extremely slow. I have to drag my mouse from the top of my desk to the bottom, move it back to the top, drag it back, move to the top, drag it back, etc. just to have the lift move barely any distance. Is there a way to speed the lift up any more?

Found it, I changed the speed in the .xml from 3 to 10. Much better now.
