most profitable trees

so im thinkin on leasing a tree planter to grow some trees and i wanted to know, which tree is the most profitable to grow and sell. and i mean the logs themselves also, im playing on riverbend (american) map

I would hold off on trees for bit. Or only plant a couple to test. Seen many posts talking about them disappearing.

Deadwood from contracts. It's better than free. They actually pay you to haul it off to your sawmill. Also grows instantly, and you never need to worry about stumps.

so the only way trees wont disappear is if you buy the $7000 240 skids. so for my logging set up i have to planters, one with oak for my saw mill and i use a winch to load them into it to make it fast and easy, and then i use lodgepole pine to selling. that paired with a crane truck and you can get $50 k loads. my biggest problem with the trees is if you dont use a harvester for the pines and plant them to close you get "stuck" when approaching them.
