Can't sell milk

None of the shops will buy it not supermarket or farmers market, they are green in the list and buying, but i unfasten the straps and the it won't take the milk?
am i doing something wrong? i've sold it before no probs........does milk go off?

yeah i got 20.000 liters on a flatbed, usually i just undo the straps and they take it

There is raw milk and then the milk bottled. The dairy processor is probably required. Probably the sell points only buy the bottled milk.

yup, i had a doh moment and realised it was user error yesterday, i mistook goats milk for goats milk bottled
