Preplaced buildings

I have this problem where if i sell a preplaced building the area is restricted so i cannot build there again

Are there any work arounds or do i just have to wait for a patch?

Work around some claim painteverwhere mod works but others say it doesnt bypass restricted zone. Also heard that if play with zero start "as in no premade farm" that the restriction isnt there. Havent restarted myself so have not tested it.

I play on a dedicated server and the painteverywhere doesnt work, it kinda works in single player

Funny when i said "no starter farm" the buildings was there regardless, i had to buy the land.
Maybe it's the "starter farm" the problem?
i have to test a New Farmer without starter farm if it makes any difference, or if it's the "easy" bugged.

Ok now that's really strange.
No matter what modality or settings i choose at start, now i never have the "restricted" problem, even removing pre existing buildings.
No mods for testing.
I fiddled with the props collisions, i have removed to see if they were causing problmes, but even reabling i don't have issues anymore.
Or it might bug out, or i changed something that now doesn't give any more problmes, but i can't really tell what :/

Isn’t there an option in the help menu for free build or something. I can’t think of the name. On keyboard it’s either b or v.

I rebooted all buildings on riverbed and built my own. I don’t t think I ever received the restricted error. Can’t recall though.

I i had some difficults to but when i smoothed the area a bit more and when i slected the buiding you have to select "free mode" (triangle button on PS5 controller) wich is much better to build....
