Poor performance.

I just stumped up for the game and year pass bundle. Eager to play, started the game... GFX performance is all over the place on defaults. Im lagging in a single player game like a bad fps sever. Turning the GFX down has helped somewhat but i dont have time to wrestle with this before the refund window runs out.

How do i make this game run to an acceptable level, with no jerking, lagging or stange flashes of light? i5 11600 RTX 3060 32g ram.

Well. I updated my drivers. I have my settings on medium now with as much shadows removed as i can, they still appear for some reason but reduced shadows definitely helps. I have v sync on and i still get screen tears and the whole thing still jerks and lags.

This is incredibly disappointing.

What resolution and framerate are you trying to play at?

1920x1080 which is my desktop res. Asked for a refund anyway. Having to fix the game i just bought by patching it myself doesnt feel right. The graphics settings change themselfs.. I just cant take this fight :)

Slightly over recommended. But its not a hardware issue its a shoddy game issue. At the price they are asking you guys should be getting a proper physics engine anyway.

u can still change the render of dx12 to dx11 like in previos game via the ini file

this helped me greatly as we all know dx12 is garbage anyway but this game wont let us choose and runs on dx12

editing the ini works wonder on my side

go to ur mydocuments/mygames/ farming sim 25/ edit the game.xml

search this line
<renderer>D3D_12</renderer>

replace 12 to 11

hope this helps a few untill they fix this mess they not learned in fs22
