Sugar Beet Harvest wow...

This is my first time playing a farming simulator game and I decided to do sugar beets. Holy moly the amount of work for them! There any tips to make the harvesting faster as single player?

Use a direct planter with fertilizing unit? Fertilize it once after that?
Use a self propelled harvester?

I just mean the harvester fills up so quick. I dont have time to move and sell it

Wow really? I tried parsnips contract and thought that sucked!

It´s because sugar beet are so huge that the trailers and harvester fill up so quick. It´s more a logistic thing. Just stay relaxed and shift between driving things off and then harvesting a bit again, no need to haste.

I did end up doing a contract and borrowing the trailer they gave me. Since it is a lot bigger!

If you want to do it efficiently you probably need two vehicles with trailer and let the AI drive them off

3. One harvester, one auger wagon, and one trailer that automatically drives of to deliver.
Just a few issues, when AI uses the root harvester they always have the damned pipe on lowest so getting even the lowest wagon under is a real pain. Modded "rope"? (the yellow one) always have the pipe up high though.

Yes, I have one tip. If all you want is for it to not fill up as fast, you could make a simple mod that increases the storage capacity of the harvester. That would give you more time to sell or store the sugar beets. As long as you're also using a trailer with a large capacity.
