How to add music channels?

The ingame ones.. not to my liking lol I listen to a bit heavier music. Where/how to add new stations?

It sort of has a guide. It'll show you how to add songs to a station that will be called My Music.

If you want to make multiple stations of your own music, you create new folders in \Farming Simulator 25\data\music, and stick the files or shortcuts in there. The folders will become new stations named for said folders and containing the music you added to them.

Im trying to add online radios. But one thing im running into is I dont know what the correct address to use is...
Wanted to add a heavy metal, Celtic, Alternative and a gothic stations to game. But just coping the web address wont work as these sites are playing music on site through a web browser addon. So linking to that so music plays where im having issue.

One thing you could do is, make a google search like:

heavy metal web radio .m3u

I clicked a random hit: https://www.internet-radio.com/stations/heavy%20metal/ and to the left, you'll see 3 links you can click on, rightclick and copy the one that says .m3u, paste it into your streamingInternetRadios.xml

ps. If I didn't made much sense, it might be because I'm way too tired for this now, but give it a try.

I just use the YT music app. Sure it drowns out the in-game sounds, but i dont listen to the engine sounds anyway ...IRL im total opposite though lol

Ya I could use YT app while play but would need tab out to change channel. This way i hit 4 and keep driving :-)

And oddly the radio just stopped working on those channels.. Was fine but now wont connect :-/

Redid every thing and still wont work now... Guess I will have to use YT but i hate how it over rides ingame sounds :-/ This is annoying the hell out of me now.

True. I have playlists of songs already for other games, that i listen to here on FS as well. Also FYI switching channels on the radio is "distracted driving" IRL hence the long long playlists .. or i change over to something else, when i'm safely stopped ... or sitting in a field/ getting one of my workers, out out of a jam, etc. lol.

Lol well sadly im in game as am IRL when comes to music. I hit NEXT often lol

Ya I didnt want to go that route but i will need find nonpatented "forget correct term for free use" songs. And organise them by gene myself. Been streaming for soo long now i dont have "hard" copies anymore. And dont want to "steal" them. So either i find way to fix broken links or what ever it is.. or one day imma have hours of work to do :-/
