Geringhoff northstar 1230 FB

Seems like the above mentioned header is a bit bugged when harvesting corn, from time to time it is like i hit something in the field and cant move forward until i have reversed a little bit, then i can keep harvesting, it's only when doing corn it seems. Maybe header is a bit to low to the ground or smomething, can anyone else confirm this ?
