Constructables never ending supply request and insane cost FS25

I wanted to build a garage for my equipment, I was tricked by the low price ($1000) thinking that it was a cheap solution. Once I put down the building it appeared as a construction site. It looked cool and it required material to build. I played along and I thought that it was a cool addition to the simulation.
It started from just a square on the ground and it went up and up like a real building would.

Well I am now 3 or 4 months in (in game obviously) and over 300K work of material, it doesn't look like it is ever going to end!!
Every trip I tell my self, this is it! this is the last trip, it looks complete, but it always asks for more. The most aggravating thing, besides the costs, it is the numerous trips that I have to take to the warehouse to buy the materials. It would have been nice to have a list of the total materials to buy and the costs associated with them.

Am I the only one having this issue? I feel like I got some bad contractors that are scamming out of my money, LOL

Got another problem with the constrructions. it requestet cement, but when it was epmty, it was stuck at 0. Bought another pallett, then it worked again, but the pallett is stuck in the storage with 999L how do i get the materials back?

uh-oh ? in 22nd it was so, that you "sold" the material to building projects (= receiving money for it). Surplus material was "sold" already. and "stored" (hopefully) for the next step. with the finish of the building everything "overleft" vanished. so no material is returned. idk exactly how it behauvious in 25. maybe the same way ?
>only supply the materials that are needed unless the requirements for the next step are known...!
