Is there mod for placing signs?

I wonder if there is a mod to place signs with custom text. It would be nice to put these signs outside of my garages saying like "Cultivators", "Seeders" etc

+1 I recall some thing like that in 22 i used to use long ago. I like organising my stuff like that as well. Blame OCD :-)

Game only out a very short time, & already needs mods!!! Wow, that must make this game worth the high price

Yes I also want to organise because it can be hard sometimes to remember what is what

I'm a system developer but I have never made a mod in my life, and it would need some graphics so im not suitable to do it myself. Hopefully some skilled person reads this and makes a mod

The game is pretty stable. Some minor bugs and performance is bad, but other than that I haven't come by any game breaking bugs. Sure it would be nice to be able to place signs in the base game, but i couldn't find any, so if someone has made a mod for this already that would be great

Well was it worth the $50??

This game won't change since it is created for consoles, and then ported to PC's. Instead of the other way around which the vast majority of games are created first for PC's, and then ported back to consoles. So this game will always be limited to the capabilities of consoles.

Everything they add, will require reductions or cuts on previous additions, so as to keep within the specifications of consoles.

Yes I also want to organise because it can be hard sometimes to remember what is what

I'm a system developer but I have never made a mod in my life, and it would need some graphics so im not suitable to do it myself. Hopefully some skilled person reads this and makes a mod

Get Blender and it should help you. Its on steam as well. I make mods myself for some games. And models where I have issue. I tend to reuse assests and recolor them when can get away with it lol

You could try to take existing signs and reface them. I havent made mods for this game so dont know its structure. But if figure that out then just need find way to reface the existing signs into what you want. I got tired of modding due to entitled users. So I dont make many mods any more and never publish them. Or id look into doing this one :-)

Ill think on if I want to do the model for it.. and let you do rest. But focused on playing so I give no promise or anything. Just ill think on it.

Doesnt NEED mods, but mods aways good imho when add new things. No game will ever be 100% exactly what you want. So will always be place for mods. But I wont argue that FS25 does seem to be missing some content...

Hmm yes i think it was worth it. Could it have been worth lot more.. on that we agree. I hate when PC games get dumbed down for console compatibility. Like for one couldnt get courseplay on console... But pc could. Focusing on console limits PC so much :-(

I will wait a few days to see if someone links me a mod for it, otherwise ill see if i can make one myself, I have a friend who is good with graphics so he can probably make one for me :)

While I agree with you that it could be better, I am having fun, I got a dedicated server so meand my friend can play (He is married so doesnt have much time, but with the dedicated server he can play without me having to be online).

so for me it was worth it

Thats actually really cool of you to do. On another game a friend did same thing for me as im almost oppisite sleep pattern then him lol But with dedi it makes it so can play together.

If you make the mod please link it as I would enjoy it as well and saves me fighting to make one lol Im a modder.. but more of a starter modder in skill still.

Yeah, I had the same with another friend who lived in australia (and me europe) but back then I didn't know about dedicated servers so we could only play when I was online.

The price is like 10€ per month so I think its worth it to get rid of the hassle where one person always needs to be online

I asked my friend to make a sign in blender, and I'm a newbie too in modding, but I will give it a shot. If I manage to get it to work I will link it in this thread and tag you :)

Im in USA and friend in Europe so had same issue. And yup he paying 10E for our satisfactory server. Luckily another guy is also playing with us so my absence and being on FS25 isnt so bad :-)

If makes a blank sign could use it as base to make other ones. Just would need to go in and paint them i think. I am not sure which format game uses though for models. 3DS or what ever it is or.. forget other format. I only did 2D graphics with my company I ran.

EDIT - Oh and I would appreciate the tag immensely :-)

And wait.. mega fields? What do you mean all ones i see small to me and odd shaped :-/ They trigger my ocd so much looking at them.
