No thanks. Ai was my biggest frustration in all the predecessors. For me at least this games ai is night and day better

Yeah. I don't know if I believe you. Mine only do a small random patch of the field and pat themselves on the shoulder for a job well done.

You have to hold H (default) until the helper window pops up. Then tell him to do the fields inner area with x-headland. The tractor will start to move to a more central field position and then work the inner part with the spared headland around it. When he is done doing that move the tractor to one border corner, keep pressing H again and then tell him to do the headland.

all i know is the ai helpers can only do basic field tasks and not in a good way,put one in my beet harvester and its a night mare they are all but useless

No, they don't. They just work for a few seconds and complain there is job field.

Newer AI is leaps and bounds better. You can keep the old AI to yourself. I have used them to cultivate, fertilize, seed and harvest with no issues at all.

What map are you people playing that this crap is working?

I am playing on the US map. Still using fields 2,3,4,5 that we are given in the beginning. I am going to join 3,4 and 5 after I am done this harvest and see if the AI recognizes it as one field.

Worked fine for me too on the far east map
