FS25 Hire Worker, no field found

OK, what am I missing here? I've played FS19 and FS22 for over 1,000 hours each, never had a problem starting the AI. Now, I can't get them to start for anything, no field found. I've tried toggling headlands to no effect. When I hold H, it says no field preview found. So, what am I missing? I'm sure it's my fault.

Possible workaround - I am running my current save on Riverbend map and a dedicated server. When I get this issue trying to have the AI work a field (AI window says no field found), I close the game and restart the server. After the restart I am able to get the AI work to see the field and do their job.

I haven't had a chance to really test this more, but the restart take 2mins and gets me back to working fields.

For whatever STUPID reason, as soon as my friend joins. The AI helper breaks it. Try it in a solo server without your friends if you're playing with someone.

Doing work yourself seems to fix it most of the time. AI does it

Yeap, had the same issue (GIANTS PLEASE TAKE NOTE), weeders did not work, rice planters did not work, limestone workers sometimes did not work WHILE PLAYING MULTIPLAYER. Once i created the server and hired the worker without any other player, everything worked fine. So it is 100% an issue with multiplayer, not the workers.

it happens in single player too. for example no matter what AI worker refuse to use wedder on first stage weeds here for me
