FS25 Hire Worker, no field found

OK, what am I missing here? I've played FS19 and FS22 for over 1,000 hours each, never had a problem starting the AI. Now, I can't get them to start for anything, no field found. I've tried toggling headlands to no effect. When I hold H, it says no field preview found. So, what am I missing? I'm sure it's my fault.

And what field on what map are we talking about? With what equipment?

Zielonka, multiple fields, all bought by me. Tractor and Plow, disc, and seeder. None worked.

Have you moved the equipment onto the field? Try to position the equipment at the start of the run. Make it really easy for the AI.

As there is no giants editor available yet there is no chance that users can look into that issue. But i read reports in giants forums that people had problems seeding/plowing etc with helper or even on their own on zielonka.

Zielonka is not a map designed for the fs25, it comes out of a fs22 dlc. Maybe a problem slipped in while converting it for the new fs.

Make sure you are IN the field. Some of them are really n"picky".
Other its enough to be near.
Also double check its the right one

I've tried starting them at the edge of the field like normal, I've tried starting the work and then asking them to take over, I've even tried starting in the middle of the field. Nothing worked, no field found.

OK, it's not me, it's the map. Tried the same thing on a different map and the AI workers are working as programmed. Not sure I like how they work just yet, but they are working.

The field HAS TO be prepared to be sowed on!!! Otherwise you get the message "no field found". The field must first be ploughed or harrowed before seed can be sown!

As others have said. Put equipment ON the field. Never been an issue on Riverbend so far.

Owning field 45, needs plowing. Put tractor in middle of field with Plow attached... no field found. This is a huge bug that needs fixing. One of my friends same problem on another field 69 (Zielonka)

Same here on Zielonka several fields. They did work earlier using AI now stopped.
