Report a translation problem
Plowing is turned off in Game Settings, so it's off in the map view also. Still, once I plowed a bit, the cultivator/seeder did it's thing. My AI helper is now plowing the field, after which I'm sure he will be able to cultivate/seed also. So the glitch is that even with Plowing turned off, you may have to plow anyway until they can fix this.
disengage the tool and attach it again and try. This often "solves" a lot of problems with the tools.
Try with "create job" and see if that one will "find the field"
