Unable to navigate menus with xbox controller

Does anyone else have an issue with not being able to navigate menus with the d-pad on a controller? My d-pad works for everything out of a menu, but just not in them- and I can't find anywhere to rebind it.

Played 7 hours today using my controller, had no issue.

I had this also. I disconnected my wheel and other controllers. then restarted the game and plugged my Xbox controller and reset all the controller settings. it then worked properly

I can navigate the menu but the b button won’t work for the ai or bring any of the menus up when holding it down. I’ve tried everything even tried different templates plugged in and wireless and steam input enabled and disabled to no avail… they always have controller issues. I have several issues in fs22 as well my controller wouldn’t work wireless but plugged in it worked fine. I was hoping with fs25 they would have fixed most of these issues
