FSR 3 Frame Gen crashes the game before I can set it

Has anyone been able to get FSR 3 working? Particularly with Nvidia hardware? I have a 4070 Ti Super and I'm still getting a pretty bad frame rate and some stuttering in places since this seems to be an AMD favored game. If I try to turn on FSR 3 frame gen the game just freezes and crashes. Anyone know where the settings file is where I can add FSR 3 manually and see if it works that way?

I don't know what helped me, turn off all the overlays that you have, I also updated the video card driver, and also did not enable two functions in the nvidia control panel: low latency mode nvidia and maximum consumption mode

but now there is a problem that the interface has increased x20

Make sure you aren't running Exclusive Fullscreen mode, FSR3 only works in Windowed Fullscreen.

Works great on my 3060 Ti, getting a solid 90 - 140 FPS with FG.

turn down the 3d resolution make sure it's at 100 or it will expand the display. At least that was my experience.

I was looking for a solution to the problem with increasing, but it happened that again when turning on the game crashing

Yeah I noticed that and I've only been trying it in windowed fullscreen and yet it still crashes when trying to set FS3 frame gen

I have the latest driver although I'm not sure how much it matter for this particular game. I'll try turning those settings off for this game and see what happens

This game I believe is just borked, I'm done tinkering with it to get it running properly. I'll wait until some updates drop, stay below 2 hours in case.

Maybe someone who has successfully enabled FS3 frame gen could tell me what their game.xml file looks like in Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator2025. I'm missing that line and don't know what to put

Currently the best luck I've had is setting all settings to Ultra (and then some), limiting the FPS in game to 60fps and then using Lossless Scaling with only frame generation enabled

oh yeah forgot to say that I also added this .exe file here:
windows settings > games > game bar > add application

and enable optimization for games in windowed mode, I haven't tried running it in windowed mode, try it

I'm trying to reinstall it now

it should be something like this

So I tried enabling it outside of the game in the game.xml and it crashes on launch if I do this so same problem unfortunately
