Different map - crops plant and animals

I want ask, there will be 3 maps on start. 2 maps looks like normal and 1 map is Asia. Question is, in that 2 normal maps i can plant all but not rice?
And on that Asia map i can plant everything?

And animals same? Buffalo only in asia map, no in normal?

Interesting how you categorized the map locations. Sorry I don't know the answer to your questions. But one can assume you can do all activities on all maps.

Map choice has never affected what you can grow. There will be lots of rice paddies on the Asian map but you should still be able to plant anything on any map. All the rice paddies are is fields with some depth and a water pump on the side.
