I'm obviously a bit biased, but I'm playing this game since the start of Early Access with now more than 250 hours in it and still have a lot of fun.
After finishing all Scenarios and Puzzle Maps you can still play the endless mode maps on hard difficulty.
Besides that there is a weekly changing challenge mode with global leaderboards and rewards as well as two multiplayer modes.
Also the developers currently want to add more scenarios and puzzle maps piece by piece.
Hope this helps, if you need more Information or insights feel free to join the official TerraScape Discord.
Best wishes

Personally I am nearing 30 hours and start to feel done for now. But looking at average review playing times, this seems above average, so again - really depends.
On the other hand, the price is really fair though and more content appears to be in progress. Also, as inlead said, there are weekly challenges (which I personnaly do not care for, but they ARE content, so it's good they are part of the game!).
So yes, I would say it's worth it.
