Fixed several bugs that could potentially corrupt puzzle maps built in the Map Editor.

• @MapCreators: Please check your Workshop maps and fix them - Open your puzzle map in the map editor. Look for things that shouldn't be there, e.g. stacked buildings - please fix them and update/reupload the map.

Fixed player diamond balance (sometimes it showed one diamond less than you actually had).

Fixed ESC closing panels and instantly opening the pause menu.

Fixed ESC and gamepad back button working in main menu again.

Fixed a problem where very large multiplayer save games could not be loaded or synced with clients, resulting in an infinite loading screen.

Fixed Manor Farm not removing Blocker.
