SPOILER - For players who just want to play the 4 new Bone-A-Fide edition campaign levels
A cheat code to unlock the first Forgotten Isles level.

From the main menu, go to Campaign->World Map. Hit the ` key to bring up the developer console. Then type:
ScreenWorldMap.UnlockIsland1()
and hit enter. (Highlight the spoiler text if you want to see the command).
