Do these work like in MWii and MWiii? So that I can play a solo game? A few users commented a year ago that this mode was broken. Does this work today?

Every time tried to launch the campaign the game crashed immediately after choose the difficulty. I tried many solution on the net like uninstall\reinstall the game, update drivers, update windows, delete cash files, turn off overlays, Delete ‘players’ folder change in-game vram usage but all did not work out....
