When is Single Resource game play and "Game Ending" Units coming?

I love all things SD, and am waiting for these things to happen for my Single player Skirmish Fun.


Please don't ask/tell/sugggest/badger me to "make my own" as I am without talent.

Single resource game play? I feel like multiple resources are what gives a game like Ashes its allure. It makes you plan your strategy more than you would with single resource. Games like Command and Conquer used a single resource system, but it was to fit the style of gameplay at the time.

As for "game ending" units, thats where your T4 units come in. The Juggernauts pack a huge punch compared to all the other units. Are you looking for something bigger?

Yeah, make sure you are playing Escalation instead of the base game (which this is the forum of). The T4 Juggernauts are pretty game ending.

And Yes I want something "Bigger" than T4 ..I also only want One Resource.... I am beginning to despair I will never get a C&C update-like Mod for this game.....

I have heard there will be T5 units at some point, like supcom experimentals, but I don't think we will see them anytime soon.

I don't see the mod scene taking off until the game gets Steam Workshop support. Even then I think you'll see more getting into modding when the game gives more power to modders and we have either Naval or the 3rd faction in. Might be a while I'm afraid.

It's ok I have foundered them as I do most things SD.

I just wont play it till then, and just do modded C&C stuff.

Games that are quite moddable and have a very strong base are usually the ones that get the big mods. I don't think Ashes is there yet, naval might be it's first big chance.
