Where is the name plate and title of the one piece anniversary collab dlc?

This thing "Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival - One Piece Anime 25th Anniversary Collab. Pack"

This description has a name plate and title included in this dlc, but I cannot find those. Where are they? All other content of the dlc exists, so it cannot be the dlc not applying in library.
