Switch drum controller
I own the game on the switch and have the drum controller, but for me the game doesn't perform well enough ( low fps ), which is a downer to me.
But seeing this game on steam, perhaps I can get a better performance by playing this game on my PC. Does the steam version support Switch drums?

try adjusting the timing in the calibration settings if there is a delay? Apologies if i've misinterpreted your question though.

I may haven't been clear with my question, I apologise for that.

My question is, does the steam version of the game support Nintendo switch's official Taeko drums?
Can't use my Nintendo Switch Taiko. Don't know why, but it dosn't work.

Nope! The game ONLY supports the newer hori controller that has a bigger base. iirc that controller was not sold for Switch, so you should have the old one. I have that older Switch drum, with the red base with 4 feet. It doesn't work! Not detected in game! Steam somehow doesn't even detect it as a controller so I can't just map it on Steam! Fun!! I have to remap the controller to keyboard inputs in order to get it to work. antimicro is what I use, there's a lot of programs that can do the same.

Also, the keyboard remapping menu is extremely barebones. You can remap the drum inputs, but not the menu buttons. So you can get it to work, it just takes a lot of fiddling that shouldn't be considered acceptable in a AAA 2024 release.

see the guide Bug posted below it works like a charm

the fact alone that my switch drums wont work is enough to warrant a refund.
