There is no point in spending so many resources to build a logging truck when the chainsaw does a way better job than the truck, I think it should be re-balanced.

Now I am getting 24 logs per tree with the truck and 200+ with the chain so, do you see my point?

Personally I would double what the chain saw can do, then there would be a reason to use it, as of now it's just a scam.
I see another one further ahead, harvester and now I am afraid to invest too many points in there and be disappointed tbh.

Same goes for the Miner, almost completely useless. You get nothing compared to what you do by doing it manually. Not to mention every single living thing attacks your vehicle with no way to defend it. (Bar exiting it..)

im only getting 6 logs per tree with it and my ax is just as fast as the chain saw

my buddy got like 10k wood in 10 minutes in that thing, maybe its not better than epic or legendary chainsaws, but it's definitely better than a normal or uncommon for sure. Plus it's 10x more fun then running around with a handheld tool. Im sure they'll balance the resource collection vs cost over time it's EA.

yeah if you are not in a server with multipliers and a good admin that can fix the vehicle multiplier too then, for me is pretty bad, and the chainsaw is way better.

Just build a logging truck and noticed that is a totall garbage. Like all vehicles in this game. They are very slow and the harvest vehicles are not giving anything at all. I have even tried to sett vehicle loot to 11 and still, almost no harvesting with the truck at all.

I'm not sure the logger/miner vehicles are being affected by the harvesting multipliers of the server. But, if they are then that might be why there are such differences in everyone's experiences.

yeah apparently from what I heard from the admin it can be tweaked.

Well the truck even get stuck when touching a tree really often. Guess I'll just use my chainsaw.

yep it gets stuck in small trees 50% of the time and medium trees 20% in my opinion, they have to fix that

press e to start the engine it's automatically on after that, but sometimes gets stuck in small trees.

There are also some trees it just doesn't harvest. Really disappointing.
