so does this game have a virus or not?

Seems many virus scanners are flagging trojans in this game. I'm interested in trying it, but *not* if it has viruses.

Some also already play or have played so no idea just wait for response from the developers. I wanted to get the game, but when you read something like this scares someone of course. It's probably all just a misunderstanding. I think Steam actually reviews games before they offer them.

Steam-CDN is not bulletproof, also it is suspicious that the devs did not offically respond.

Seems like you already have your mind made up on the subject. I have had no virus issues and I've been playing for 2 hours straight. Must be a case by case basis or it's a false flag.

Meaning: He is not part of the dev-team or "Samar Studio" itself, but is mod on the discord.

I've had antivirus software flag on executables I have personally written myself. They falsely flag stuff all the time. Doesn't mean there isn't a virus but anyone saying this game has a virus just because their antivirus said so has no idea how any of this stuff works.

I always find it funny when people say, I've played it for 2 days now, there's no virus, it's all good.
What the hell do you think happens when you have a Trojan on your PC? Do you think there will be a message after 1 day, hello, you have just been hacked, or do you think your PC will explode?

Of course nothing like that. The purpose of a Trojan is to act silently and secretly and to collect data in the background, without the owner noticing anything... Until sometime later, email account, Steam account, bank data, etc. are gone. Then the crying is great!
